It’s a common problem in drug development. Biologists and bioinformaticians don’t understand each other.
We tackle this from day 1 at CytoReason. Our biologists, bioinformaticians, data scientists and engineers sit together in the same room and work on the same projects towards the same goal. As a Cyto you’ll work with a multidisciplinary on the industry’s most burning questions. Along the way, you’ll help the world’s top pharma companies make groundbreaking discoveries and bring novel therapies to the patients who most need them.
Director of Science Operation Product Management
About The Position
As a director of Science Operation product management, you’ll lead the development of state-of-the-art solutions, prototypes based on computational methods and research activity. You’ll tackle the most pressing questions of the pharmaceutical industry using cutting-edge methods. Your focus will be on addressing use cases of evaluating targets, identifying biomarkers of drug response, identifying novel drug targets, and predicting combinations effect, all empowered by our disease models and based on human clinical and molecular data.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top pharma companies and develop cutting-edge technologies to pioneer their application towards better drug development process.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the Chief Scientist of CytoReason, Science Operation and Core departments to determine the priorities and requirements of innovative solutions that address customer needs and impact their drug development pipeline.
- Lead the integration of internal and external platforms and tools into our solutions to enhance and empower CytoReason platform.
- Drive the roadmap of our scientific approaches, enabling innovative solutions and efficient workflows.
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to refine needs and priorities of cutting edge solutions
Requirements
- Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or MSC with relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a product company
- Demonstrated ability to understand novel computational methods, their performance, pros, and cons.
- Strong project management, analytical, critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with English fluency.
